How long does it generally take for you to learn our systems?
If we are learning a new system, it generally takes 3-4 weeks. If it's a system we are familiar with, then the learning curve is shorter.
How often do you communicate with us?
Initially we recommend scheduling 2 calls per week. This enables us to be sure we have an opportunity to get questions answered. Once we have worked together for 2-3 weeks, we can reduce to weekly or bi-weekly depending upon the services we are providing.
